Banquettes Come in all Shapes and Sizes
Choosing the right seating for your commercial interior
Choosing the right design for your commercial seating is important. In high traffic areas, booth seating is beneficial, for example in a restaurant setting the placement of the booths along a perimeter wall will maximize the space of the seating area and allow for extra covers. Using a high back style will not only make the space feel more inviting and comfortable, leather or many synthetic leatherette fabrics will be durable, easy to wipe down and clean up should your customers get hap hazard with their delicious food.
At C U Design, we typically use a medium firm FR foam for commercial settings, seat bottoms usually have an installed life of up to 10 years and should a rip or a tare happen after installation, sections are very easy to recover and or replace.
Banquette's come in many styles, see our banquette page for just a selection of them. We custom build our booth seating to the plans and specifications for most of our projects, but we are always happy to advise based on our experience in the industry. Charging accesses points or allowing for internal storage within the seating are often popular design considerations. In conference rooms, vestibules and halls recessed wall seating is becoming more and more popular. There are so many fabric and material options banquettes can be tailored to suit any style, design or color theme.
